CFS North Region Personalized Community Care Project Description :Through this procurement activity, Children and Family Services, North Region is prioritizing placement disability services through the continuum of Personlized Community Care (PCC). PCC services offer community-based, trauma informed, and intensive out-of-home placement experiences for children and youth who require therapeutic stabilization and significant supervision.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on May 13, 2024.
