NVRC ITT# 23-02 Parkgate Community Centre HVAC System Upgrade Project Description :The North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission (the “NVRC”) operates several recreation centres in North Vancouver on behalf of the District of North Vancouver and the City of North Vancouver.
In that regard, the NVRC requires a Contractor to upgrade the AHU-2 and AHU-3 HVAC system at Parkgate Community Centre, a facility owned by the District of North Vancouver, all as detailed herein and in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings included with this Invitation to Tender (ITT).This ITT is being issued to the following 7 pre-qualified contractors of the District of North Vancouver:Davidson Bros Mechanical Contractors Ltd.
Associated Fire Protection Upgrades – Cash Allowance.
NOTE: A Strongly Recommended site visit has been scheduled for: Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Burnhamthorpe Community Centre (1500 Gulleden Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, L4X 2T7). Procurement forms will be available for “In Person” or “By Courier” pick-ups at the address provided below on or about Friday, April 28, 2017.
