This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to obtain proposals for a contractor to provide Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) grant application, administration, implementation, reporting and related grant program services. Upon funding, specific Public Benefit requirements must be met, documented, and monitored.
Funding may come from the City of Farmington general fund or from Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. The City Council, at is sole discretion, will make the determination of which funding source will be utilized for each project.
