The Town of Windsor will require the services of a historic preservation architecture & engineering team for design and construction document development for the following general scope of preservation services including but not limited to: restoring the current historic Halfway House to its appearance in 1908 and rehabilitating the current historical Dickey Farmhouse into a classroom space with staff and community gathering areas and offices.

gathering area (picnic shelter, picnic tables, fire pits), 7,870 LF of horse trails (for design only-county to construct), and the conversion of an existing ballfield into Horse Arena (80 feet by 260 feet), conversion of existing campground to accommodate horse trailers to include installation of corrals at each site, and install water/electrical (1-50 amp, 1-30 amp, 1-20 amp) hook-ups located at Lynches River Florence County Park, 5094 County Park

The project consists of approximately 1,500 lineal feet of improvements which include inchannel river restoration, bank stabilization, upland riparian rehabilitation, community gathering area, and river access. See the Bidding Documents for more information about the project. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
