The Town of Roxbury seeks a consultant for a Community Design and Engagement Planning Process for the Roxbury Village Center Revitalization Plan Project. This Plan would advance the achievement of the vision in their Town Plan through implementation of specific actions while retaining the character of their historic village.

This would include assisting the Planning Board to lead important community conversations on items such as, but not limited to: performance standards, acceptable building and site design features, district boundaries, and demolition practices.

The design scope includes the installation of removable spools with bypass which is necessary for future inspection by a third-party certified weld inspector to ensure the welding environment and procedures for quality control. The Project is located at 5540 Kiowa Drive, La Mesa, California 91942, within the Navajo Community Planning Area (Council District 7). A map showing the location of work is included in Appendix A.
