This pre-solicitation notice is for an upcoming solicitation for improvements to the Mission Community Wastewater Collection System located on the Umatilla Indian Reservation. The system flows into and subsequently treated by the City of Pendleton.
This project includes construction of the Addison Community Wastewater System for the purpose of collecting, treating, and disposing of wastewater from the Town Clerk’s Office, Addison Baptist Church, Fire Station, and historic Town Hall. The Wastewater System will include installation of four new septic tanks, a sewer effluent collection system, a dosing tank, force main, a mound disposal system, water meters, and appurtenant work.
Required professional services will include but are not limited to preliminary engineering services, design- and construction-related services, preparation of bidding and contract documents, participation in the evaluation of bids received, and monitoring and inspection of construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications for the Town of Westford’s Town Center Community Wastewater System.
