The compactor enclosure shall be constructed according to the plans titled Downton Norcross Compactor Enclosure, prepared by Max Design Group, dated 1/21/20, and the associated Construction Document Project Manual dated 1/27/20.  

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Installation of site improvements to support City supplied solid waste compactor unit and/or recycling collection containers at two downtown Tacoma locations. Includes installation of conc pads and sidewalk, integral architectural CMU and metal enclosure, landscaping and irrigation improvements, lighting and camera systems, electrical wiring, and cabinets.

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, access to City Hall has been restricted. Bid responses and proposals may be submitted online thorough the City of Columbia's bidding website, excluding any original documents needed if/or as set forth in bid documents. Responses may be delivered via carrier service, USPS or if necessary drop off at City Hall by scheduling a time with Michelle Sorensen at (573) 874-6317. No faxed or e-mail responses shall be accepted.
