The tool shall have a search interface to enable company searches by name and then allow further discrimination or filtering on the results and should provide immediate access to the company profiles and data associated with the search results. The general company profile shall demonstrate that the company or a company principal has a minimum of five years continuous experience in horizontal directional drilling without incident; owns the equipment necessary to do this project; has a minimum of two full time drillers, one of which must meet the requirements of Paragraph 1.04 - 4; and has the financial resources and meets the insurance requirements for this project.
