The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals that will enable the Department of Health and Human Services (Agency) to select the most qualified contractor/contractors to provide Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) services, as outlined in Iowa Code § 237A.26. The CCR&R system is a coordinated, statewide system of services to parents, child care providers, and the community.
