All work shall be in strict compliance with the specification of the contract and the Performance Work Statement. The Government intends to conduct a site visit for this proposal. The exact date of the site visit will be identified in the solicitation.
Additional audit or reporting requirements may be required by any State, if in the State’s opinion, such requirement is imposed by federal or state law or regulation. The Vendor shall allow the State to audit conformance including contract terms, system security and data centers as appropriate.
