In carrying out this Scope of Work (SOW), Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all state, local, federal, and NCTD laws, regulations, policies, and licensing requirements. Contractor shall be cognizant and mindful of the role of NCTD in the operation of the services and the expectations of key stakeholders.
