Aiken County Government is soliciting sealed proposal for Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal Software for the Aiken County Assessor’s office. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. May 18, 2021 in the Procurement Office, 1930 University Pkwy, Suite 3201, Aiken, SC 29801 then read aloud in Suite #3203
The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced offerors for a Commercial Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software for use by the County of Franklin Tax Services Department. The County of Franklin is interested in procuring application software which can best address the functional and performance requirements as stated in this RFP.
The Contractor must base the proposal on the fact that it will utilize the Vision Government Solutions Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal Software System that is currently in use (Version 6.x) and/or (Version v8) as directed by the Town of Branford. This system includes a video imaging system that is also to be updated and a live link to our GIS on the Town’s website.
Harnett County will supply computers with productivity enhancement software such as Microsoft, Excel, Word, or comparable products. County printers will be available as needed. Harnett County will provide telephone service and internet access in the County-provided offices. Technology – Harnett County is currently using web-based Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software provide by Bi-Tek.
