KEY INFORMATION 1.0 SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY The purpose of this RFP will be to seek one or more operators for Vancouver Board of Parks & Recreation (“Parks”) concessions stands. The three locations in this RFP are Trout Lake and New Brighton Park. Parks is launching a pilot program to serve alcohol at two of these locations; Trout Lake and New Brighton. Those two concessions sites will be offering patrons beer, wine, cider and coolers.
