Addendum No. 1 Issued 1/30/2024 Clay County is seeking creative proposal responses where the Vendor will provide a proposal, which includes a Commercial Concessionaire and Lake Service Lease Plan for a Floating Marina Concession Operator for use of the concessions area for the Marina at Paradise Point, 2825 NE 180th Street, Smithville, Missouri 64089.
