The City is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) soliciting vendor proposals for an assessment of existing pavement conditions to update the City’s Pavement Condition Index (PCI) ratings. The methods for collection and data delivery shall comply with the minimum specifications as outlined in this RFP.
