Sealed Proposals for Custodial Services will be received at Facilities Management, Director of Custodial Services, Meridian Community College, 910 Hwy 19 N, Meridian, MS 39307 until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, May 2, 2024. All proposals received will be taken under advisement on assigned date in the Facilities Management Conference Room. Late proposals will not be accepted.
The meeting will be held in the Facilities Management Conference Room located at 200 Division Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401 with access to the outdoor proposed site as well. A Bid Bond Equal to 5% of the base bid price is required by all bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
