This is a Sole Source Award Notice for National Frontline Supervisor's (FLS) Meeting A/V equipment, set-up, and management for conference rooms on April 18-20, 2023, in Salt Lake City, UT. This sole source is jusitified as a follow-on contract.
Selected product color is Galao, WX0075-AB or equal / Aged Bark to match interior design in conference rooms for reference. Vendor is to fabricate, deliver, and install the new tops onto the existing tilt bases on-site. Including removal of existing top and all hardware modifications.
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to solicit responses from qualified sources capable of providing: Rental of Conference Rooms in accordance with the attached Request for Quote and attached Statement of Work. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. The Period of Performance will be for one year from September 15, 2021 through September 14, 2022.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary except that specifically identified as Government furnished in Section 11, Government Furnished Property and Services, to install a conference room refresh (Displays, Processing & NIPR/SIPR VTC) at Yokota Air Force Base, Japan - (Bldg. 315) in the AW Conference Room.
