Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A)&(B), the Department of Commerce (DOC)/Enterprise Services intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with the Marriott Marquis located in Washington, DC for venue space for the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Annual Conference at the estimated price of $5 Million. This procurement will provide BIS with Annual Conference Venue Space over a five-year ordering period.

Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized.The USDA Forest Service, Southern Region 8 requires a conference venue or meeting rooms for a Wildland Fire Training and future trainings and meetings.  The training is scheduled for Monday, November 16, 2020 through Friday, November 20, 2020. The facility for this training must be able to accommodate approximately 600 people for meeting rooms and breakout sessions.

The Iowa Department of Public Defense (Agency) is seeking a service provider (Contractor) to provide hotel accommodations, food and conference facilities for the Survivors of Suicide: Day of Healing event on April 24 – 26, 2020 to accommodate up to 50 conference guests.
