The Air Force (USAF) is completing a Mission Dependency Index (MDI) re‐baselining effort for all of it bases worldwide. The Contractor shall prepare and submit a draft MDI Sustainment Strategy.

The Enterprise Planning Process is being captured in the Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) Comprehensive Planning Platform (CPP) and will utilize the CPP to manage asset portfolios, and future investment and resource management.
