Confluence Parkway Owner’s Advisor Requests for Proposals The City of Wenatchee, WA, requests Proposals from prospective Owner’s Advisors for the Confluence Parkway Project. The City intends to utilize Progressive Design-Build, or another alternative delivery method, for the Project to meet the INFRA grant’s Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) date.
The stream rehabilitation will extend from Parkway Avenue to the confluence with Stewart Creek and will include the re-grading of the existing stream banks, the addition of in-stream structures and one segmental block retaining wall.
