The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Illumina, Inc. for an EZ2 Connect System and Service. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within seven (7) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. 

(v) This requirement is for the following preventative maintenance and on-demand repair services for Chromium Connect Assurance Plan (Product Code 1000173) for the Chromium Connect (Serial No. NMBSAG3431).
