Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Cross Connection Survey services at Minot Air Force Base: The Contractor shall accomplish activities necessary to support the Minot AFB Cross-Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Program.
In accordance with the Performance Work Statement, the survey team shall consist of at least one (1) person trained and experienced in Cross-Connection survey methodology in Washington State with at least one (1) person actively performing the survey holding a Washington State Cross-Connection Control Specialist (CCS) Certification. The 7 Civil Engineering Squadron (7 CES) is requesting to conduct a cross-connection survey on 265 buildings assuming all have a water supply (244 buildings plus 10% contingency) and will require inspection. The survey shall include a 100’ radius surrounding the outside of each building.
