All pre-registered Bidders are to assemble directly behind the Bruces Mills Conservation Park (Gate House) for their time. The address for the conservation Park is 3291 Stouffville Rd, Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON L4A 7X5. The contract administrator will then escort all bidders to the project location.
The City may add or remove burn areas within the Park based on need. Prescribed Burner Certification by the State of Florida Forest Service and compliance with Certified Burner Statutes is required. The February 2019 planting of 70,000 longleaf pine and 72,000 wiregrass seedlings will occur in multiple areas within the City’s Conservation Park.
