In accordance with FAR 7.107-5, Notifications, Paragraph (c), this notice is being published to notify the public that the agency has determined a consolidation of contract requirements is necessary and justified. See the accompanying NASA Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) Determination and Findings (D&F) for Consolidation of Requirements. 

The services include information security; application, web, and platform services; information and data analytics; IT services for automation; and IT innovation across NASA’s centers.The anticipated contract will support all NASA Centers and Facilities. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.

This single requirement would combine the requirements of the following contracts W52P1J-16-C-4009 ASC Application Development & Maintenance and W52P1J-17-C-0043 Information Technology Specialized Services (non-C4IM). The current performance work statements for both requirements have been attached to provide interested parties with the necessary information to determine if they have the capability to perform this combined requirement.

Work with DPA leadership and staff to construct revised and, when needed, new procedures, documentation, tools and processes that accomplish the goal of consolidated applications for funds and subrecipient monitoring for (1) tribally controlled schools, (2) BIE operated schools, and (3) schools located in the Navajo Nation. 3.
