The District uses the software to enter the drivers into the system, remove drivers from the system, and to run fuel usage reports for each site. Key Oil uses the system to monitor the fuel level at each site and to deliver fuel as needed to maintain adequate levels. The District currently does not have the ability to monitor fuel levels. Key Oil owns this system and maintains it at their expense.
