This is a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). The purpose of the Rota Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) is to execute sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) projects, alteration, demolition, repair, and new construction or expansion of any type of facilities or real property assets, including waterfront or airfields facilities.

Work performed under this contract will be complex in nature, and require multiple disciplines working simultaneously. Coordination with Architect-Engineer (A-E) Contractors will be included in individual orders, as necessary.
