The Project is described below. OBO seeks to commission our nation’s top constructors to produce facilities of outstanding quality and value.

DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is requesting submissions to pre-qualify firms for Design-Build Construction Services for the construction of Selective Improvements at the United State Embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  OBO seeks to commission our nation’s top constructors to produce facilities of outstanding quality and value. 

The project consists of the rehabilitation of Refuge Entrance Road, Pronghorn Tour Loop Road, and Visitor Center Parking Area, and the construction of the new Visitor Center Overflow Parking Area within the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge. The work includes grading, roadway reconditioning, full-depth reclamation, aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement, aggregate surface course, signing, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous work.
