Description: Notice is hereby given that the City of Oak Harbor, Washington is interested in receiving proposals from consulting firms with expertise in construction inspection services and construction management services for the federally, state, and locally funded NE 7th Avenue Reconstruction Project (ENG-10-02).The project is located within the City of Oak Harbor.

The selected firm shall provide construction inspection services for construction Contract R-43380. The anticipated Letting Date is July 10, 2024. The projected time period of need for construction inspection through substantial completion is estimated from April 1, 2025 through October 25, 2025. The CONSULTANT's personnel shall work under the INDOT Area Engineers or their designated representative.
