The City intends to select up to three (3) Consultants to provide Construction Inspection Services for a variety of projects ranging from sewer/water/storm water utility work to ADA improvements to full roadway reconstruction.

The selected firm shall provide construction inspection services for construction Contract R-43380. The anticipated Letting Date is July 10, 2024. The projected time period of need for construction inspection through substantial completion is estimated from April 1, 2025 through October 25, 2025.
