This procurement is subject to the mandatory use of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) per Executive Order on Use of Project Labor Agreements for Federal Construction projects (Executive Order 14063).
The Contractor shall provide construction labor services, project supervision, construction equipment, tools, and materials to replace interior joint seals, and repair concrete as necessary, within the South Valley Regulating Tank.
