Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific, Architect-Engineer/Construction Contracts Division, is seeking to consolidate three (3) projects into a single contract for the construction (design-bid-build) of Andersen Housing Phase I, II, and III in Andersen Guam.

Housing Phase IV, V and VI in Andersen Guam.

Sealed proposals will be received by Andersen Construction Company of Idaho, LLC on behalf of the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho at 12552 W. Executive Drive, Boise ID 83713 on the First Floor, until 2:00 pm, MST, Wednesday, January 22nd, 2020, for DPW Project 19-090 CSI Canyon Building Remodel Phase I. Project is in Twin Falls, Idaho.
