Notice Summary Notice to Offerors Statements of Qualifications for Software Development and Support Consulting for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office, 100 West 10th Avenue, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon 97401. The City intends to establish a pool of qualified contractors providing Software Development and Support Consulting services.
If found qualified, the consultants will remain on the Qualified Pool list. Periodic requests for an updated statement of qualifications may be required by the City.
The selection process will result in a contract award to qualified consulting firm, or firms, to provide services within one or more of the eleven (11) specified areas of expertise indicated in Section 2. Consulting firms awarded contracts will be utilized for potential future work within the firm’s awarded consulting area or areas of expertise on an as-needed basis.
