for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award a contract for Contact Center Training and Content (CTC).
The purpose of this contract is to obtain support to develop and maintain training and content for use by customer service representatives (CSRs) within the CMS Contact Centers of Operations (CCO). These training and content materials are used by CSRs to respond to inquiries from beneficiaries and consumers related to Medicare and Marketplace programs.
The Government intend to issue a small business set-aside solicitation for VA Health Care Connect Clinical Contact Center (CCC) Training Services on/ or about 8/11/2021 (36C10X21R0066). All interested Small Businesses capable of providing the services called out in the performance work statement are encouraged to submit a quote in accordance with the instructions included in the solicitation.
