For the Fiscal Year 2021 (FY21) Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Content Conversion effort, the Government is contemplating a different approach from previous RRL Content Conversion delivery orders.

The majority of the effort is anticipated to constitute content conversion of existing subject matter for seven ratings, 36 courses, and over 6,000 learning objectives; all within 24 months with a minimum of six (6) months dedicated to content validation ensuring the converted content runs within existing Navy learning environments.
