The contract will be for work to be performed beginning immediately upon being awarded the bid and the negotiated contract being signed by both City of College Station and the awarded vendor. The newly redesigned website, CMS, and CRM should be set to go live within eight months of contract execution.
Proposals must include options for digital content strategy(ies), user optimization services, migration of relevant content from our current site and ongoing integration of current software tools. Current software tools include but may not be limited to GIS (Esri), data visualization (Tableau), and interactive query tools and forms (CivicOptimize); these tools may change in the future.
