Air Force, Defense Travel Area 5 (DTA 5).Period of Performance: October 26, 2023 - January 2, 2024.The required travel management company services are highly specialized and require familiarity with specific travel regulations and laws, including, the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), the Defense Travel Regulation (DTR), and local Business Rules developed by each site, as well as interfacing with DoD’s travel management system for end-to-end travel.
