The Town of Stonewall is seeking experienced firms who are prepared to design, develop, and construct a comprehensive multi - use development on the site located at the corner of 4th St East and 3rd Ave South (See map Appendix “A”). The development is to include but is not limited to independent housing, assisted living, supportive housing, and a memory care facility that will create an age-in-place campus.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to seek proposals from interested independent actuarial or financial consultants to provide evaluations of the present and prospective financial viability of certain Continuing Care Retirement Community, and their ability to perform short and long-term continuing care contractual obligations.
The continuing care laws and regulations require the Department to regulate continuing care retirement communities (“CCRCs”) and continuing care at home providers; issue certificates of registration based on a review of organizational, financial, and contractual documents; and provide information to the public.
