CONTINUOUS CARDIAC OUTPUT MONITORS Project Description :Continuous cardiac output (CCO) monitors & accessories (x10) - used in operating room and CSICU. Equipment is replacing devices that no longer have support/parts available. Consumables for CCO monitors. Not currently on a contract. Service contract for monitors. Vendors do not allow in-house BME to maintain equipment.
Nature and/or Description of the Requirement: The requirement is to replace (18) Continuous Cardiac Output (CCO) units Hemosphere Advanced Monitoring Systems by Edwards Lifesciences sold by their authorized distributor 1st American Medical Distributors, LLC. These specialty physiological monitoring systems are used during cardiac-thoracic surgery procedures and in post-Op ICU recovery.

- Must provide continuous cardiac monitoring. - Must be compatible with the Swan-Ganz pulmonary artery catheters and Edwards oximetry central venous catheter. - Must display CCO Continuous Cardiac Output without the intermittent bolus thermodilution technique involved.
