If a Consultant discovers a conflict during the execution of an assigned task order, the Consultant must immediately notify the Contract Manager regarding the conflicts of interest. The Contract Manager may terminate the Task Order involving the conflict of interest and may obtain the conflicted services in any way allowed by law.
