The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD intends to award a sole source contract to DragoonITCN for the production of a breakout box that is capable of interfacing with the CORVUS testing device.APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this acquisition is the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement.
