Bids must be completed in accordance with the Contract Provisions. Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name. This contract provides for the supply of Hot Mix Asphalt and Cationic Emulsified Asphalt for 2024.
In addition, all mix designs shall have a unique Knox County mix design number and this design number shall be placed on all tickets.
No guarantee is given or implied to the actual quantities to be used under this Contract. 6.3 Section 411 ACS Mix (hot mix) Grading E, Asphalt Curbing or Berm To be used for driveway berms, re-establishing curbs, etc. at $ per Linear Foot F.O.B. Destination 6.4 Section 307-01.15 ACS Mix (PG 64-22) (BPMLC-HM) Grading CS To be used for leveling at $ per Ton F.O.B.

This work shall consist of the applying of HL4 mix and HL-8 mix asphalt to Perth Line 32 between Road 164 and Road 150, plus pulverizing, grade raising and surface asphalt in a 400m section on Line 32 between Road 160 and Road 155.Commencement for this contract shall be by June 1st, 2024. Completion of this paving project will be no later than October 25th, 2024. Liquidated damages will be applied as per the specifications.
