The Port of Everett is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to perform general construction Work in accordance with the Port’s Job Order Contracting program. A JOC is a contract in which the contractor agrees to a fixed period, indefinite quantity delivery order contract which provides for the use of work orders (job orders) not to exceed $500,000 pre-tax.
The 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), intends to establish a Hybrid (Firm-Fixed Price & Time and Material) Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the Rental of Non-tactical Vehicles (NTVs). The ordering period will be for three (3) year’s total, beginning on the date the Contracting Officer issues the BPA which is tentatively set for 17 June 2024.
