The intent of this effort to enhance the time to produce a model or design and deliver a similar model to facilitate forecasting and validating the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) contracting resources/billets are aligned adequately to fulfill contracting workload. NAVSUP needs an objective, independent manpower forecasting tool that enables agile, well-informed, and real-time decision-making.
