Theater Deployable Communications is seeking information in support of market research being conducted by the United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HNI) to procure contractor logistic support for the subject program.

The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information for a potential procurement action in the Automated Test Systems (ATS) Division at Robins AFB, Ga. The Government is conducting market research to identify sources that possess the repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to provide the following: system repair, consumable production, production requirements, sustaining engineering, and cybersecurity for the Common Munitions Built-In-Test (BIT) Reprogramming Equipment System (CMBRE). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.Requirement Statement:This requirement is for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) contract for a period of 60 months, beginning in May 2022.  The Government seeks white papers regarding the capabilities, past similar experience, and technical approach to this service. All responses shall be unclassified. 

Contractor support will require a Mobile Depot Maintenance (MDM) concept.2. The Government is also seeking a CLS contract for spares management for the ARTS-V1 systems. The Contractor shall provide CLS for the ARTS-V1 sufficient to sustain operational tempos and meet the Performance Standards as listed in Section 2.4.6 of the attached SOW.Requested Responses1.

This Sources Sought is being amended to include updated DRAFT documents such as the DRAFT Performance Work Statement, DRAFT Section L and Section M for the Contractor Logistic Support for the AN/TYQ-23A (V)1.
