Through Efficiency Vermont’s Efficiency Excellence Network, a well-established cadre of trained contractors exists to deliver weatherization services through much of the state. Certain parts of Vermont, however, do not have sufficient contractor coverage to meet current and anticipated demand. Specific regions in need of additional contractor capacity include the Northeast Kingdom, Franklin County and Southwest Vermont.
