The contractor shall order the required equipment as soon as possible and plan their schedule and construction procedures accordingly to ensure that construction is complete within the project’s allowable working days as identified in the project contract documents.
Ensure the Main Substation and its components at Tobyhanna Army Depot remain safe and in proper working order. The contractor shall perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and provide detailed reports of all work performed along with recommendations upon completion. All systems shall be in working order at all times.
Contractor shall order and install a new Iowa Standard Pre-cast Pit Latrine according to the Specifications identified in Article 2. Contractor shall clean out any/all waste prior to demolition. The approximate capacity of the pit is 1000 gallons. Bidders can measure for exact waste capacity during the site viewing.

The contractor shall furnish and install approximately 8 LF of transition strips.
