The contractor shall provide medical expert services and medical review /case managers for the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).

The Contractor shall provide expert knowledge and experience to conceptualize, plan, and conduct program evaluations, as well as other types of data analytics, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and data collection activities linked to CISA's learning agenda and evaluation plan, long-term resource allocation effort, and additional identified analytical needs.
The contractor shall provide expert personnel trained and certified to use the vehicles, equipment and materials that will be used to complete the services described in this PWS or requested through specific Task Order (T.O.).PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Goverment contemplates issuing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one (1) base year and four (4) option years.
The Contractor shall provide expert communication services, specifically for Speaking and Media Communications Support, to assist the State of California, Health and Human Services, Office of the California Surgeon General (CA-OSG) in providing awareness and education as part of the California Youth and Behavioral Health Initiative¿s ACEs and toxic stress public awareness campaign and trauma-informed training for educators.
