Step One (1) (This RFPQ Step) The University is inviting Proponents to submit Proposals from qualified companies (“Energy Providers”) to prequalify their company for the opportunity to provide future bids on financial contract-for-difference (“CFD”) for the sale of electric energy to the University. This Pre-Qualification opportunity will remain open until June 30, 2033.

This Pre-Qualification opportunity will remain open until June 30, 2033.
USAID/Guatemala hereby provides notice of its intention to modify contract number 72052020C00001 with Dexis Consulting Inc. for the Justice and Transparency Project. The modification aims to increase the total estimated cost by $8 million and extend the period of performance by 24 months from April 30, 2025, to April 30, 2027.
The Contractor further warrants that, as of the date of this contract, any difference between the unit prices stated in the contract for these line items and the Contractor¿s established prices for like quantities of the nearest commercial equivalents are due to compliance with contract specifications and with any contract requirements for preservation, packaging, and packing beyond standard commercial practice.
This price shall include all labor, materials, all insurances, overhead and profit.The SOW is set forth in the contract. The Contractor shall furnish and install all materials required by this contract. In case of differences between small and large-scale drawings, the latter will govern.
