The Respondent providing the master control automation solution is expected to deliver a successful implementation as well as providing Agency staff with thorough training in programming, operation, and administration of the system.

This solution must also furnish and support control and user plane traffic separation with edge node drop-off of user plane traffic at multiple remote sites with edge node drop-off virtualized appliances or hardware.  The Phase I implementation will include 4 edge nodes, Phase II implementation will include approximately 30 edge nodes, and Phase III implementation will include approximately 26 edge nodes.

This stack should be standardized for eventual, uniform deployment to multiple sites, including OCONUS. This will result in a distributed, hybrid, and multi-cloud environment that is hosted on premises.The new acquisition will include a modern technology implementation strategy that will achieve a rapid deployment of the new DHMC solution.
