The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Control System Software on a Sole Source basis from Siemens Government Technologies, Inc.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.  The Siemens software being procured is a proprietary product that the Government purchases with Restricted Rights.
